Random family Pictures

These are random pictures of my family enjoy

Reflection

I glance over to the family room and I see m daughters and my wife enjoying the evening with each other. My oldest daughter is on winter break from school and she doesn't know what to do with herself. My youngest daughter though loves having her big sister back at home but still has to adjust to giving up some space she has been used to. I am thankful they are all here and I get to enjoy them together for a while. The new year is around the corner and I have much to be thankful for my hope is to get a full time job in the spring somewhere and to get most of my masters degree done.

I also received some bad news a couple of swimmers I had coached in the past have lost their father to a terrible freak accident the day after Christmas. My heart goes out to them and to all of their family and makes me wonder why bad things happen to good people.

The Start of Winter and the Holidays

As I sit in front of my lap top and tap gently on the keys I turn and stare occasionally out the window of the sliding glass door. It has been a challenging but rewarding year as 2009. My daughter is off to college and as my youngest daughter enters High school. I started my Masters degree in educational leadership. I am struggling to find a full time teaching position though I know that I have found for now where I am supposed to be in life. The winter brings a cold yet pristine white blanket to my back yard I listen to the wind from the comfort of my couch with a coffee in my hand. It is a time to reflect as I get older and consider things I haven't accomplished yet. Yet I have so much more to be greatful for then the amount of things I have yet to accomplish. Enjoy the holiday season and keep warm !!!
